14-Day Cooling-Off

1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
2. When cancelling under this right, we will refund the full price of the goods plus the standard delivery cost you paid.

30-Day Right to Reject Faulty Goods

1. If goods are faulty, you may reject them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
2. After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement.

Returning Goods

1. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition, unless faulty.
2. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

1. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used.

Exceptions

Some items (e.g. personalised goods, opened hygiene-sensitive items such as ear products) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
