  1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will refund the purchase price plus the standard delivery charge you paid.
  2. 30-Day Right to Reject Faulty Goods: If your goods are faulty, you may reject them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.

  4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods (or proof of return).

  3. You may also submit disputes for online resolution through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (although we only sell to the UK, this platform is available for UK consumers).
  4. This process does not affect your statutory rights to bring proceedings before the courts of England and Wales.
